ABOUT ME

I'm a consultant and educator working on projects that contribute to a more equitable society through human-centered research, evaluation, and design. I am passionate about relationship-building, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful work that positively impacts our world.

I love...

  • Making sense of large amounts of data and sharing it in actionable, accessible ways

  • Working with youth and on projects that benefit youth

  • Using creative approaches to collect, analyze, and share data

  • Doing high-quality work for clients (and their clients) without sacrificing anyone’s personal life and sanity

  • Projects that center social justice, equity, and participatory methods

  • Outside of work - cooking/baking, eating, gardening, and traveling

Not for me...

  • Competing in RFP processes (this is why I subcontract 😁)

  • Too much urgency - I'm a program evaluator, not an ER doctor!

  • Being the “boss,” managing people, or being the main person in charge of a large project - I'm not trying to build an empire

  • Meetings that could be emails

  • Unclear expectations

Contact me if...

  • You’re super busy with your projects and could use a partner to take on some tasks

  • You’re a quantitative evaluator who wants to incorporate qualitative methods into a project

  • You want to engage youth or young adults in the evaluation process

  • You don’t have any specific opportunities for partnership in mind (yet), but we have similar values and could explore future collaboration

  • You do similar work and want to connect to share insights, challenges, and resources
